    INGREDIENTS: 2 tubes (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls ½ package (4 oz) cream cheese, softened ½ cup (4 oz) sour cream 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 medium tomato, chopped 1 cup mexican cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Unroll the crescent roll dough and layout on the ungreased cookie sheet or on parchment paper. Pinch the perforations together to seal. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool.     INGREDIENTS: 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided 1 lb lean ground beef 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion 1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes 1 (24 oz) can of spaghetti sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp dried oregano Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese 1 large egg 3 Tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped 2 1/2 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese, divided 3/4 cup freshly, finely grated Parmesan cheese, divided 12 uncooked lasagna noodles INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.        Prep Time 10 minutes  Cook Time 1 hour  Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes  Servings 4 INGREDIENTS: BAKED POTATOES 4 russet potatoes 1 Tbsp olive oil Salt BROCCOLI CHEESE SAUCE ½ lb steamable frozen broccoli florets 3 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 3 cups whole milk 1 tsp garlic salt 6 oz medium cheddar, shredded INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Wash the potatoes well, then dry with paper towel or a clean dish towel. Use a fork to prick several holes in the skin of each potato.
